Punjab is now heading towards Elections very soon and the Election Commission might be preparing for this process at its own level the dates are yet to be decided. This time the Government is headed by Akali dal and BJP. alliance, and pre poll surveys has started its predictions in the media these days.

Now the time has come again to assess the good and bad governance of the present government in Punjab, people are being asked by the media persons about the performance of the present government.no doubt ,voters of Punjab will give their decision at the time of casting their  votes but the media has its own role in the democracy.

One important thing again come in my mind at such time, that is the formation of ruling government, whether it was formed by one political party ? or a collision party government? In the above case we know that in Punjab it was a collision govt, of two parties. Now we shall see the outcome of its performance after the results of the polls in the state. There are so many factors which are responsible for the good and bad governance but more or less one thing is quite obvious in this situation, that is the major role of that political party of the alliance which is having the larger numbers. It has always the dominating role upon the other partner party .That means if the main party does not work with the other co partner with proper understandings all the time.It will some where go wrong and this will bring the examples of bad governance and this type of decisions will bring bad results in the coming elections and for that both the alliance partners will be kept responsible in the eyes of general masses, this situation is seen  many times in the collision  governments.

At this point, we observe that at the national level,BJP is ruling well and it may have  given its full support to the Akali dal alliance partner,if Akali dal had not taken BJP in confidence and made decisions at its own forcibly then no doubt the results in the coming elections may go adverse.

INDIAN DEMOCRACY NOW HEADING TOWARDS A NEW MODE’-2

Image result for Narendra ModiDuring June 27-2014 I wrote on the subject cited above that the Indian democracy has a new way now towards a new mode,it was a prediction only to see the changes which appeared after the general elections in India. One party BJP got full majority and the new govt.had started working well, though the work was tough to take the country on a high road map because of the miss governess of previous ruling government.

By completing one year of ruling by BJP. the other party leaders have started asking them so many questions and declaring it a failure govt.whereas they themselves were responsible for this all.But Prime minister Narendra Modi was busy in making good relations with the all leaders of the world. He was trying to check the prices, create peace in and out side the country,to boost courage of INDIAN ARMY and scientists working for space, creating new schemes to all sections of the society.
Narendra Modi  tried his best to make good relations with Pakistan the neighbor country, but due to their bad will politics the relations could not took the best shape inspire it militants activities rose to high peaks and it has become difficult to tolerate any more. After militants attacked the Army headquarters at Pathankot and Uri in Jammu and Kashmir it has crossed all the limits, there was no other way left,PM Narendra Modi talked to all political party leaders and Army chiefs, made a plan. Indian Army made a Surgical Strike on Pakistani Militants area, seven posts in POK were destroyed  completely in their own land.It was a great shock to the militants and Pakistan Government.

Before this a great diplomatic achievement was achieved, it was failure of SAARC SUMMIT at Pakistan. India refused to take part in this summit and besides it four other countries also refused to take part in it and ultimately the Summit stands cancelled which was a great blow to Pakistan, this way India got successful in taking Pakistan to a corner of the world no country supported ,This was a great achievement of Narendra Modi .On the other hand we can say that this all went first time in the history and the credit goes to the Indian Voters who supported one party with a dynamic leader Narendra Modi.So what ever the achievements took place in these two years of BJP. RULE the Indian Democracy is heading towards a mew mode.In the coming time I am sure a lot of new things will take place and dignity of this nation will go up in the sky soon.

With the far sighted strong diplomatic policy of PM. Narendra Modi, Pakistan is now kept aloof from the international community and this country is more or less recognized as the terrorists supporting country, which is dangerous to all world, if had  this designation been provided to Pakistan earlier India may not have lost so many lives by the terrorist activities and the useless terror impression must have been receded quite earlier. But it required a great will, determination and firm decision at the head post of the country which was lacking in previous head of state but  PM.Modi adopted and act practically at the right time. This takes image of the country to its high rank and file,  it was recognized by the whole world in a positive way to maintain peace in the continent.and Modi  gained a high leadership status at the International level which will be good to this nation in future also.

INDIAN DEMOCRACY ON THE PATH OF STABILITY

The results of Vidhan Sabha election of Maharashtra and Haryana have proved Magic of Modi and BJP, proving fruitful to stablize the Indian Democracy. P.M Narendera Modi has very successfully achieved the goal to guide the general masses to vote in favour of one party so it may be easy to form the government with no pressure of other small parties and the government can be successful to give good governance to the people.

We have seen till to day that the governments formed with the alliance of more than two or more political parties do not bring good results. The regional parties have their own interests to fulfill first and the national interest suffers. Good governance by a good government is possible only if its stable and formed by only one political party at the state or national level.

The mushrooming up of numerous political parties at the State level and National level occurred due to the Constitutional adoption of multiparty system. If the provision of two or three party system had been laid in the Indian Constitution like in U.K and United States,
this problem would never have occurred in our country and the Indian democratic system could have been more efficient.

Now let us see, the efforts of Narendra Modi are proving fruitful to establish strong democratic governments at the center as well as the state level. The regional, local smaller political parties are by and large getting abolished from the political scene. The National leadership shall be established and the government may dedicate its efforts to demonstrate a good and effective governance to the Nation.

In my opinion considering the present evolutionary scenario, in the future all the vigilant voters will take care to vote for a strong and stable government with the perception of full majority and sustainability.

INDIAN DEMOCRACY NOW HEADING TOWARDS A NEW MODE

After the results of 16th Lok Sabha polls a new era begins. The picture of 16th Lok Sabha appears very bright with its main hero Narendra Modi as a captain and his team with full majority of B.J.P Members of parliament. After a very long time this party got full majority to form the govt. and having a good support of its allies with sufficient numbers was a good sign to establish a stable government under perfect democratic pattern.

For the last fifteen years of period the governments were formed with the help of ten to twenty political parties support and this happened to be an uncomfortable alliance. The supporting allies all the time pressurized the govt. to support their party’s interests which were not in the national interests. This way the performance of those govts. could not fulfill the requirements of a good govt. National interest suffered, there was a nonstop price rise, no ban on corruption and unemployment, law and order situations worsened, national security was at the mercy of god only and there was no control of the government on its ministers as a result the people of this country were suffering by the bad governance at large and they had no option to improve this all.

Now the present government is formed by one party and it has to face no pressure of any kind but we cannot say that this government is at liberty to enjoy only. No not at all. The pressure of people of India is much more on it. This government has to perform better. The voters of this country has shown confidence in this party. Besides internal and external security the attempt may be done to stabilize the price rise, stop corruption at all level, open new doors for employment, to check the inflation, to develop the industries prospectus, to create a friendly environment between the government and general masses. This lost faith has to be revived and only then this B.J.P led govt. can be repeated again, the image of this country can be restored. People of this nation have full faith in the governance of the new Prime Minister Narender Modi and believe that the country will develop to become a great democracy in the world.

This way the Indian Democracy will survive with the rise of two or three party system and the local regional political parties will be abolished by the public opinion at large, because of many regional political parties, the votes are divided in many parts and it becomes difficult to gain majority for any one party. The people of this country have experienced the outcome of this division in votes as a result the unstable governments and in efficient governance which no one will like again.

INDIAN POLITICS-[Elections] pros and cons of governance

BJP won in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Delhi assembly elections. Accept Delhi, there was a clean sweep of Congress, why..?This requires a detailed study to understand pros and cons of-good and bad governance. Today, what we see at the nation level, it’s effect can be seen at the state level as well and it has been proved clearly in the results of these four state elections, and following points are responsible to bring this change at state level elections.  1-The UPA Government failed completely to check rising prices.  2-The involvement of many ministers of this govt.in corruption charges worth the million of Rupees shocked masses. 3-Irresponsible behaviour/attitude of co-partner party leaders in running the govt. 4-Weak and inefficient leadership in UPA run government.–It has no command over co-partner parties leaders. They were partners only for profit not for loss.    5-Most of the decision were taken keeping in view the party interests only not in favour of general masses. 6-Some decisions were taken to benefit a particular section of society neglecting the interest of majority under vote bank / divide and rule policy. 7-New slogans invented, at every general elections  to attract the voters but were never fulfilled. 8-Same was the situation in states, people were suffering from rising prices, unemployment, and lawlessness, ladies in general felt insecure.  Keeping in mind the above points –why voters prefers BJP….?See below;– =No doubt Congress Party rulled this country in most of the years after independence. But they could not give good governance to the Nation, there were change of govt. some times. In 1977 the Janta Party rulled for 2.5 years only. But this was a turning point in Indian Politics. For the first time opposition parties gathered under one umbrella, after experiencing the black days of Emergency imposed on the Nation by the then prime minister smt. Indira Gandhi of Congress Party. Under Janta Party rule the general developmental works started in the village sectors first time. Roads and educational institutions, hospitals ,drinking -water schemes and  many block level developmental works of employment etc. were started. It changed the opinion of people that good government can do many  good works in villages also. This could become possible only after changing the one party rule in the national and state level. Then came the next change when the national govt. was formed under the able prime minister ship of sh. Atal Bihari Vajpayi. For the first time the national govt. was formed with the joint co-operation of about 20 Parties under NDA, no party could get full majority to form govt. This govt. ruled the country for 6 years and gave an efficient governance to the nation. There was no scandal or corruption, there was full control on prices, this was in real sense a government of the people and for the people. =Since then BJP ruled in many states for years in the same spirit , fair and responsible way. In the recent assembly elections keeping in view the demerits of congress party people opted for BJP. In four states. People remembers the good and fair governance of this party and voted for it, with a choice for some reasons;- =BJP has declared its candidate for Prime Minister post mr .Narender Modi who has shown a good vision to the nation with responsibility and spirit to guide the nation in modern modalities and firm determination. In comparison congress has no leader of this stature and caliber. =In the BJP ruling states the communal harmony was maintained the schemes for the betterment of  poor people were promulgated . =Above all the lok  sabha polls are nearer, and at national level there is a vacuum of strong leadership. People of india see a strong leadership quality in Modi and in BJP, therefore in four assembly polls people voted in favour of this party and against the congress. =The results of four assembly polls set a stage for lok sabha elections in 2014, general masses are waiting the day very eagerly. We wish the things will turn positive in national interest. This way one can easily understand the pros and cons of the good or bad governance. Thank you for reading and your comments are most welcome.

INDIAN POLITICS :DOWNFALL IN QUALITY RULE-part-3

WHY Downfall in quality rule of ruling party in India –an assessment.

India is a big democratic country in the world. In 66 years of it’s Independence, India experienced many changes in its political system. There was a rule of one political party” Indian National Congress” in the country after Independence for at least 55 years. One thing is very important to notice,in these 55 years of rule, the party and the government was under the domination and leadership of only one family called Nehru family.Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru was first prime minister of free India. The hierarchy of  one family rule in Indian National  Congress prevails up till today. In three terms period the Prime ministerial candidate no doubt remains from out side the Nehru Family but the supremacy  in the ruling remains fully in the hands of this family only. The quality of leadership was never the case,it was only impression of dominance of family on the party. It leads to many draw backs for which the country suffers.

==   With in the party no other leader could develop leadership skill to lead the party, therefore it remained in one hand only. The supremacy of one family rule does not even improve efficiency in the skill of  family leadership it goes on with the impression of dominance not merits.

==Due to inefficient leadership this party could not give good and fair governance to the people of this country. They had no broad vision to prove their efficiency, but still they got chances to repeat or form the govt.many times. It was all due to the generational ruling/ dominance impact upon the mind of uneducated masses all over the country.

==Due to repeated chances to govern the country the power remained in their hands for long period these leaders became habitual of remaining in power and its glamor, that’s why they wanted to keep them in power for ever.Because of this all they indulged in corrupt practices, managing huge some of money to win elections again and again.

==Instead of planning better ways to give good governance the party invented tactics to capture the voters on the bases of Cast-ism,Religion minority vote bank regional based etc.which divided the society in many parts.

==This way the credibility of the country decreases badly.threats coming from the neighbor countries.Inside the country also law less- ness, corruption every where price rise without control and life of general masses becoming difficult.

=Therefore,we assume that rule of one party, under one family dominance for a long time created monopolistic trend which is not fair and suitable for the democracy.Under the democratic pattern, there should be an environment of competition amongst the political parties which could not be raised under the present conditions of India due to;—-Many religion, many casts, lack of education, lake of competition in political parties, multi regional parties.

No doubt there are so many other reasons as well but the above mentioned are in brief study of today.

Indian democracy–downfall in political culture part-2

To know about present downfall in the Indian politics we have to see the past history in brief stepwise. Some of these reasons are responsible to some extent. Just have a look at the past history of India in brief. It was divided into many small parts called provinces, governed by princes or Rajahs.

They exploited the general masses badly to manage the funds for their leisure and enjoyment. Then came the rule of Mu gals. They also exploited the people same way for hundred of years. Then came the British rule. The Britishers exploited the natural resources of this country badly, the general masses were not treated properly. So this way Indian masses wer dominated and exploited generation to generations for many hundred of years. The mind of the people had become habitual of demoralization .

INDIA GOT INDIPENDENCE-

As a result of awakening and struggle to get India free by some patriotic leaders the country got independence on 15 august 1947.To protest against British rule the then leaders had formed a party The Indian National Congress. People of all sects ,religion, cast and creed joined hands under this party to fight against British rule. The name became popular in whole of the country and the struggle succeeded in gaining independence.

The first government was formed under the leadership of pt. Jawahr Lal Nehru of congress party. The congress ruled the Nation with out break till 1976 .In the span of 29 year’s rule the administration under congress party and it’s image fell down badly. They could not give good and fair governance to the people of India as a result many other political parties came into existence .

The voters divided in many factions and as a result govt. changed in 1977. This govt, collapsed in 1980, The congress formed govt. again and for six years the govt Bhartiy Janta Party and then again congress came into power till to day it is running the govt,The Congress party failed completely to give good governance to the people. It’s leaders indulged in corruption and accumulating black money to invest it on elections and keep themselves in power always. Why they want to remain in politics for ever?Because they can get all the benefits preveliges . On the other side the general voters in the country remained under the impression of these leaders who win elections at any cost and remain in power so their influence have a special impact on the common voters who voted in their favour because of this dominating instinct of generational effect which has been given in detail previously. So the short reference given above regarding downfall in Indian politics can be understood .

INDIAN DEMOCRACY -Reason for downfall in political culture and moral values!

Monopoly of Elected Leaders

Indian political system is based on democratic pattern,it means government of the people by the people and for the people. By the general elections people elect their representatives to the various levels such as Lok Sabha, Vidhansabhas, Panchayti-raj etc. Political parties have been recognized by the Election Commission. They place their candidates for various seats in different elections. After the elections, the majority of candidates of any political party form the government.

Candidates who fight the elections and win, become part and parcel of the government. They enjoy various posts of benefit and power, with the impression of these powers and status they are considered different from the general masses. The period they enjoy in ruling time is very prestigious for them and full of high status. They can utilize the government funds at their own preferences which improves their status more amongst general masses. They are given warm welcome at all the public meetings and everywhere, therefore these leaders have the impression that they are above the public. They make the laws and implement them ,no other person who may be wiser than that of him/leader may not be cared of their advice at all. That’s why they are above all. So wee see that while getting habitual to living in the high status in govt. fold that person/leader wants to enjoy his life the same way for ever. For that he requires a lot of money and other resources to fight the elections and to win again and again, which can not be gained easily, so he takes help of some unlawful methods.

These methods lead to corruption. The money obtained through malpractices will lead to downfall in the character of that particular leader or person. This way the political culture of Indian democracy becomes malafide and the definition of a leader is ruined, the majority of leaders of this category ruined the real sense of democracy. People or general masses are betrayed with the sense of democracy they are living and are exploited in many ways. We have come across so many cases of many leaders who are involved in scandals of million of rupees, but they are seen above the law.It is not easy to prove their fault legally or promptly. That’s why this process of corruption involves many others as well.

So people of the country have to face price rise lawlessness and many other discrepancies in their lives. The real sense of democracy is failed, the faith of people in the govt. and institutions goes down. This is the first reason for downfall in political culture and moral values. Today we see it in our country the problem of corruption has reached the level where it has become difficult to bring it to the normal level. The only solution is, there should be a complete change in the government.”New and loyal people with fair image should be elected to form the govt”, and existence of the real democracy be revived. Only voters could do this in the coming general elections. I wish the things could be brought to the normal values and status, our country may gain its previous level of a successful democracy.

National Government — a tragedy govt.

If you are a layman, you just look around you, what’s happening …You will be astonished to know the way country is being led.The statements of the leaders running the govt.are very irresponsible irrelevant and misguiding. For example the every day rising prices of onion which has gone above the price of Rs. 70- per k.g.the agriculture minister declare that prices will be under control after two weeks.on the other hand inspite of any solution he is giving opportunity to the hoarders to loot the masses for two weeks again as a bonus.See the statements of Rahul Gandhi these days in the election bound states ,The statements are provoking communal harmony in the states, and alleging others for that. There are so many other examples, which put your mind to think that what the mess is going on.For this all, the solution is that every citizen will have to come forward with firm determination to bring a nation level change in the forth coming elections and give a chance to a leader like Modi ji who is at least showing a new picture with a firm resolution to bring the country in its real existence. Thanks to all if view it positively.
